Add 30 grams of coffee beans to the grinder. Preheat the coffee maker. Pull down the toaster oven from the cabinet. Preheat the toaster. Place Gluten Free English muffin in the microwave oven for 20 seconds. Split apart the English muffin and place the two halves into the toaster oven. Place Sausage onto a small iron skillet. Set heat on level six.
Put ground coffee into an Ekobrew container using the stainless-steel funnel, and start the coffee. Use the largest cup setting.
Beat two eggs and place them into the T-Fal pan. Place the second pan on top of the pan containing the eggs. This second pan will act as a lid. Flip the sausage and turn off the heat to the iron skillet. Turn off the toaster oven.
Check the eggs and transfer them to the top pan. Add a slice of cheese on top of the eggs, cover and turn off the stove. Remove the sausage from the iron skillet and wrap it with a paper towel.
The coffee is finished. Lift the Keurig lid and close it again. Select the smallest cup setting. Stop the coffee maker when the coffee is near the lip of the cup. Place the ceramic lid on the coffee mug.
Remove the English muffins from the toaster oven. Place a half slice of cheese on the lower half of the English muffin. Place the sausage on top of the cheese. Shake a few drops of Tabasco Chipotle pepper sauce onto the sausage. Place the other half of the cheese onto the sausage. Lift the lid from the eggs. Place the top half of the English muffin onto the eggs. Twist the muffin to release the eggs from the pan. Flip the pan and the muffin over and place the eggs and muffin egg side down onto the sausage.
