SQL Injection Attack

This research is an overview of the SQL Injection attack. Many of the websites today are driven by data stored on database servers. The SQL injection attack is a common attack that can be implemented easily by attackers with various skill levels. The attack method has the potential to disable websites, breach and manipulate sensitive data. A description of the vulnerability, how the vulnerability is exploited, and the countermeasures are presented here.
